PECOAT® Dutch welded wire mesh plastic coating line is a specialized production equipment for wire mesh rolls. It is mainly used to coat Dutch wire mesh or welded wire mesh with plastic materials, such as PE or PVC coatings. This plastic coating helps to enhance the corrosion resistance, durability and aesthetics of welded Dutch wire mesh, making it suitable for various applications like fencing, breeding cage,plant support.

1.Net – laying Machine:A passive net – laying machine that can load 2 rolls of dutch wire mesh simultaneously. The maximum diameter of each roll is 1000mm, and the load – bearing capacity is 1000KG.

2.Tension Adjusting Machine:It is equipped with 4 rubber shafts with a diameter of 210mm (180mm iron shaft wrapped with rubber). One power shaft is driven by a 3KW motor equipped with a cycloidal pin – wheel reducer, and another shaft is equipped with a braking device.

3.Powder Tank:The powder tank has dimensions of 1.2m * 2.8m and is entirely made by welding steel plates. At the bottom of the powder tank, there are 4 polyurethane universal wheels with a diameter of 150mm, which facilitates powder replacement and tank cleaning. Inside the powder tank, there are 6 stirring shafts. At the bottom, there is a blower air box, and a filter screen is laid at the upper end to prevent powder backflow. The powder tank of the machine is driven by 2 motors of 5.5KW each and is equipped with a 3KW blower whose air volume can be adjusted.

Installation and Debugging       

  • For the width of less than 2 meters wire mesh, the buyer can install it according to the instruction guide supplied by the seller.
  • For the width of more than 2 meters wire mesh,it needs the seller to install on site. The buyers need to pay for related air tickets, accommodation costs, and additionally US$100 allowance per day per person.

Warranty    

  • The warranty period is one year. During this period, non-artificially damaged parts will be replaced free of charge.
  • After the warranty period, replacement parts require payment of the cost of the parts and transportation costs.
