PECOAT® Greenhouse Wiggle Wire Production Line is an equipment specially designed to manufacture wiggle wires for securing plastic film in greenhouses. It features a high level of automation, incorporating processes like bending, forming, cutting, plastic dip-coating, counting, and bundling. There are two variants: semi-automatic and fully automatic. Owing to the fact that the semi-automatic type lacks automatic counting and bundling capabilities, it leads to high labor costs and has thus been phased out. The fully automatic type is capable of integrating all procedures and achieving more efficient and stable production. With only one person required to operate it to complete the whole production process, labor costs are significantly reduced.

The whole production line will be disassembled and loaded into a 40-foot container, and then shipped to the port of the buyer’s country.
At the same time, in order to save freight costs and make full use of the space in the container, most buyers usually put in other goods, such as 5-6 tons of PECOAT PE powder (designed for wiggle wire) or other products of other companies.
Installation
Should you prefer to install on your own, we will supply detailed installation instructions and, when necessary, video guidance.
We provide paid installation services. The buyer needs to pay for the travel expenses such as visas, air tickets, accommodation for our technicians. In addition, an allowance of $100 per person per day is required (from the entry date to the exit date in the destination country).
Warranty
- The warranty period is one year. During this period, non-artificially damaged parts will be replaced free of charge.
- After the warranty period, replacement parts require payment of the cost of the parts and transportation costs.
- Our equipment can usually work for at least 10 years in the optimal condition. At all times, technical services and support will be provided.
