PECOAT® fluidized bed powder coating equipment includes three types: full-automatic, semi-automatic and manual, and can be customized according to customers’ requirements. Parameters such as the size, power and output capacity of the equipment all depend on the customers’ coating processes and relevant requirements. Constituent Parts


A complete fluidized bed powder coating equipment system consists of the following constituent parts:

  1. Pre-heating Oven: Pre-heating oven aims to preheat the workpiece to required temperature. It is usually max 450℃.
  2. Fluidized Bed System: This system is composed of powder tank, blower, vibration system and lift system. This system aims to fluidize the powder like “boiled”, and ensure the stability and high efficiency of dipping process, and uniformity of the coating thickness.
  3. Post-heating Oven: This post-heating process cure the powder to be a hard and uniform coatings at a temperature 180- 250℃.
  4. Conveyor Track: This system conveys the workpiece in the whole process of uploading, heating, dipping powder, and final downloading. Semi-automatic line usually uses double track, and full automatic line use single track.
  5. Control System: This system controls the stable operation of the entire system, such as heating, powder dipping, conveyor track speed,etc.

Manual Type


Manual type consists of preheat oven, fluidized bed, post-heat oven and the foot track. All operations are manual.

Semi-Automatic Type


The semi-automatic type consists of pre-heat oven, fluidized bed, lift system, post-heat oven, conveyor loop track (double track), hanging tray, turnover cart (optional). The conveyor track is pushed by manual through the whole process.

Full-Automatic Type


The full-automatic type consists of pre-heat oven, fluidized bed, lift system, post-heat oven, conveyor loop track ( single track ), hanging tray. The conveyor track is powered by motor throughout the whole process.

For semi-automatic and full automatic type, the whole production line will be disassembled and loaded into a 40-foot container, and then shipped to the port of the buyer’s country.

At the same time, in order to save freight costs and make full use of the space in the container, most buyers usually put in other goods, such as several tons of PECOAT thermoplastic powder or products of other companies.

Installation 

  • For manual and semi-automatic types, the equipment isn’t complicated and the buyers usually can install it on their own. Our engineer team will give really detailed installation instructions and can do video guidance if needed.
  • For the fully automatic ones, the system is a bit more complex. But the buyers can still install it by following our detailed instructions. We can also offer installation at the customer’s site, but it’s not free. The buyers need to pay for related air tickets, accommodation costs, and additionally US$100 allowance per day per person.

Warranty

  • The warranty period is one year. During this period, non-artificially damaged parts will be replaced free of charge.
  • After the warranty period, replacement parts require payment of the cost of the parts and transportation costs.
  • Our equipment can usually work for at least 10 years in the optimal condition. At all times, technical services and support will be provided.
This question is for the fully automatic type. Yes, the speed of conveyor chain can be adjusted, but correspondingly, the output capacity will also change.
This question is for semi-automatic type and fully automatic type. Yes, the height of the lifting system can be adjusted. Different height of workpiece need different working distance, that is why the lifting height is required to adjust.
This question is for semi-automatic type and fully automatic type. Yes, the speed of the lifting system can be adjusted. The speed of dipping powder has a great influence on the thickness of the coating.
