PECOAT® Fluidized Bed Dip Powder Coating Equipment
PECOAT® fluidized bed dip powder coating equipment includes fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual types, which can be designed and manufactured according to customers’ requirements. Its technological process is based on the technical requirements provided by customers, and combined with our company’s successful design and production experience over the years. PECOAT® aims to provide high cost-effective fluidized bed system for middle level clients who want to buy good equipment at good price.
A complete system of fluidized bed dip coating equipment is comprised of the following components:
- Pre-heat oven
- Fluidized bed
- Post-heat curing oven
- Conveyer rail track
- Electric control system
The preheat oven shell use galvanized sheet, the inner layer use high-quality thermal insulation board, small thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation. The air inlet and outlet are equipped with two-way sliding doors to effectively prevent the hot air from overflowing, and the air inlet and outlet of the cabinet are equipped with exhaust fans to automatically discharge the exhaust gas .
The preheating chamber has three kinds of heating mode for your option , electricity, gas or diesel. 
Fluidized bed includes a dipping tank and a lifting system. Underneath the dipping tank, there is an air blower, which blow the powder to be like “boiled”. The lifting system ensure the stability and high efficiency of dipping process, and uniformity of the coating thickness. 
The post-heat oven shell use galvanized sheet, the inner layer use high-quality thermal insulation board, low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation. This post heating process causes the coating to levelling, harden ang gain strength. The heating system of the oven has three kinds of mode for your option , electricity, gas or diesel. 
Cycled conveyor rail track features high flexibility and high efficiency, it increases outputs dramatically. Semi-automatic type usually uses double track, full automatic types use double track or single track, which is determined by the shape and size of the workpiece. 
Electric control system include:
- Pre-heating control system
- Dipping tank control system
- Conveyor track control system
- Post-heat curing oven control system.
We have three types: manual type, semi-automatic type, full automatic type. Manual type is rarely used because of its high labor cost and low efficiency. Semi-automatic type is more popular due to its high cost-effective. The hanging trailer of the semi-automatic type is operated manually and usually has double rail track, and the hanging trailer of the full automatic type is motor-operated, and has single rail track or double rail track. Which type is better for you? The final solution is determined by the size and shape of the parts that need to be coated, your desired rate of production, your desired outputs and the required heating source type.

- The installation process is not very complicated. We will provide installation instructions.
